Helen Mends

Helen Mends has two parts. We mend clothing and other textiles, and we upcycle old textiles into replacements for disposable items. We make reusable menstrual pads, hankies, coffee filters, makeup wipes, tote bags, produce bags, and much more. We also do repairs like zipper replacements, patches, visible and invisible mending, and lots of darning.

Handmade crocheted items. As a designer, I believe anything can be done, I have a strong focus on fashion and experimental crochet. You can also have access to my designs through the DIY patterns, and if you are interested in learning crochet and / or improving your technique I give face-to-face classes!
